Central Plaza

You are facing north. This is the heart of the city, the Central Plaza proper. In it stands the red city flag. Directly ahead is the Goverment center, where citizens can interact with the state. The Plaza extends in all directions except West and North-West, where the massive Goverment Citadel occuipes most free space.
