The Case of the Ice Piano of Death


Chapter 1 - The New Case





The Rangers are in their tree waiting for any caper. Chip is studying up on detection. Dale is sleeping, dreaming about super duper stick. Gadget is working on a project, a new kind of camera.The project is going well, because she had all the required parts in stock . Monty is cooking up a swiss cheese egg roll. Zipper is buzzing around. Suddenly, they saw a news report, informing them that Rat Capone had ilegally created the Ice Piano of Death!
"We have to thwart Rat Capone and reclaim the Ice Piano of Death, or else he may harm rock!" Chip said. So they went hunting for Rat Capone and the Ice Piano of Death.
Meanwhile, in the Ranger Tree, Rat Capone explained his plan to his minions. "My plan is to to kill all squirrels ", said Rat Capone. Being dumb, they inquired if he also planned to destroy the dish washer industry now that he had the Ice Piano of Death. Rat Capone said that he would indeed, and he already thought of it . They all brooded darkly.

Chapter 2 - The Search




The rangers were looking for any trace of the Ice Piano of Death or Rat Capone.

Chip looked around the Acorn Club. The Acorn Club is having a performance by a dancing spice rack. Chip dilligently searches the place. Chip finds signs of a struggle , obviously indicating by elementary logic that the Ice Piano of Death is concealed in the Ranger Tree. He goes there to investigate. Dale looked around the Ranger Tree. The Ranger Tree is dirty. Nimnul is there. Wart is there. Mole is there. Rat Capone is there. Snout is there. Lahwhinie is there. Dale spies on Rat Capone from the shadows. Gadget goes unnoticed. Gadget searched an abandoned warehouse. The warehouse is a casualty of the economy. Gadget dilligently searches the location. Gadget finds evidence of a missing suit . , obviously suggests by trivial logic that the Ice Piano of Death is concealed in the Ranger Tree . She goes there to look. Monty looked around Fat Cat's Casino. Critters are gambling and eating egg. Monty checks the location for evidence. Monty found screwdriver marks on a ear , but didn't know what it meant. Zipper looked around the sewers. The sewers are dark. Fat Cat is there. Zipper goes unnoticed.

So the Rangers had found the location of the Ice Piano of Death.



Everyone gathered back at the Ranger Tree. Chip thinks up a plan. Chip dreams up a fatty battle plan to vanquish Rat Capone and explains it to the others. Zipper finds the awesome suit his plan requires in a hospital. Sparky arrived at the Ranger Tree. Dale approached Sparky.

"I sure fancy your well-known resemblance to Doc Brown , Sparky", said Dale.

"I am happy to know that, Dale", replied Sparky.

The discussion was finished by their leaving to infiltrate Rat Capone and recover the Ice Piano of Death.

Chapter 3 - The Battle




Getting to the Ranger Tree, they implement their attack. Nimnul is severely wounded. Wart is severely injured. Mole is severely wounded. Mole dies of Chip's attack plan. Rat Capone is gravely wounded. Snout is severely wounded. Lahwhinie is seriously hurt.

Wart missed Zipper. Rat Capone missed Dale. Chip quickly formulated a tactical plan. "Dale! Rat Capone's ear his is secret weakness!", Chip suggested. "Zipper! Attack the bad guys more!", Chip ordered. Chip attempts to take Rat Capone by surprise. Monty tries to clobber Wart with a alien mirror. Zipper frustrates Nimnul.

Nimnul missed Dale. Wart missed Gadget. Rat Capone bit Dale. Dale is smitten. Snout missed Monty. Gadget uses a little dish washer near Wart, to no effect. Monty throws Nimnul . Nimnul is smitten. Zipper rams Snout. Snout is injured.

Nimnul missed Zipper. Rat Capone stomped Gadget. Gadget is only very slightly harmed. Monty fights with Snout.

Nimnul hit Dale. Dale is greviously injured. Nimnul shouts at Dale, "You've got huge nose!" "Well, you have delusions of grandeur ! " Dale shouts. Wart missed Dale. Snout missed Dale. Chip strikes Wart. Wart is greviously wounded. Wart dies of Chip's attack. Dale attempts to befuddle Lahwhinie . Gadget goes to attack Wart, but he is already dead. Monty attempts to grab Rat Capone. Zipper dive-bombs Lahwhinie.

Rat Capone missed Gadget. Snout missed Chip. Chip battles Rat Capone. Rat Capone is slighty hurt. Monty body-slams Nimnul. Nimnul is injured.

Nimnul missed Monty. Nimnul says to Monty, "Your problems result from having a tendency to brag!" "Too right! But you say that like it's a bad thing!, "Monty responds. Rat Capone missed Chip. Chip swings at Nimnul. Monty punches Snout. Snout is injured. Zipper frustrates Rat Capone.

Rat Capone missed Zipper. Chip is fighting with Lahwhinie. Gadget detonates a little ring on Rat Capone. Rat Capone is seriously wounded. Rat Capone dies of Gadget's attack. Monty grabs Snout . Snout is greviously injured. Snout is killed by Monty's attack. Zipper goes to attack Rat Capone, but he is already dead. And so, with Rat Capone defeated, they got the Ice Piano of Death and escaped.

Chapter 4 - Epilogue




Although hard they had triumphed and ensured that the Ice Piano of Death was out of Rat Capone's hands forever. Dale and Sparky got hitched in a civil wedding but they later divorced citing Dale's infidelity.
